WHAT DO WE OFFER?

We believe in sharing resources to build food sovereignty. We make our equipped kitchen, agricultural tool and resource library, and direct support and microgrant programs available to strengthen agroecological and food projects in our communities.
What We Offer
KITCHEN
WORKSHOP

Kitchen Workshop
We open our kitchen as a space for learning, experimentation, and gathering around the seasonal harvest. Through Talleres pal Barrio: Manos a la Cosecha, we explore together how to cook, transform, and make the most of what our land produces each season. Workshops take place on the second Thursday of every month.
Kitchen Workshop: Hands-On the Harvest
In Boriké, every bite is a political act. That’s why we open our kitchen as a living workshop, where seasonal harvests become food, knowledge, and possibility. On the second Thursday of every month, we invite you into our kitchen to learn by doing: exploring local harvests, preparing recipes, preserving food, and transforming seasonal abundance into value-added products. Because we believe knowledge should nourish us, too.
Harvest Purchasing
Do you grow food in Caguas or nearby? We purchase harvests and surplus directly from farmers in our region, creating more pathways for locally grown food to reach our kitchen and community.
