At El Depa, we see an archive as more than a way to preserve the past. It is a living tool for remembering, questioning, and reinterpreting our collective history.
After 14 years of working alongside campesino and agroecological practices, we began building an archive where memories, knowledge, and lessons can come together, remain in motion, and continue to grow.

dLOC (Digital Library of the Caribbean)
Our first collection will be available in our digital archives and on dLOC (Digital Library of the Caribbean), a digital library that gathers Caribbean resources and references for global preservation and access.
Google Drive
Google Drive is our main digital archive, where we organize and preserve photos, videos, documents, and notes that tell El Depa’s story.
It allows us to keep our collective memory accessible, organized, and continuously evolving.
Social Media
Our social media is part of our living, collective archive. Through images, stories, and everyday moments, we document and share El Depa’s processes, gatherings, and learnings in real time.

El Depa Collections: Proyecto Ceiba
Ceiba
Proyecto Ceiba connects elder farmers from San Salvador, Caguas, with younger generations to preserve and share knowledge through intergenerational learning.
Their stories and experiences are part of our collective memory and El Depa’s first collection in dLOC and Google Drive.
